“Advanced Driving Techniques Training” is done with the vehicles that will be allocated by you, at least 4 vehicles for 12 people, at most 8 vehicles for 24 people and there will be 1 instructor and 3 participants in every vehicle.
The training is continued during 1 day and applied in 2 parts.
1st Part – The Defensive Driving Techniques (Theoretical 3 Hours) 2nd Part – Driving Safety and Vehicle Dynamics (Practical 3 Hours)
There are 3 basic aims of the training program;
To provide to be perceived of the risks beforehand and to be taken necessary precautions,
To teach the air, road and traffic conditions’ effects on driving and the defense against possible accidents,
To provide to improve the steering wheel control and to be comprehended of vehicle dynamics

1st Part The Defensive Driving Techniques (Theoretical)
What is defensive driving?
Protection from crash
The precautions that will be taken to analyzing and feeling the crash moment
Perceiving the danger and defense
Right action on time
Accident scenarios
Three stages of crash
Physical and psychological conditions
Factors distracting the attention
Concentration
Factors out of control (other drivers, pedestrians etc.)
Sudden reactions
Weather, road and light conditions
Traffic conditions
Sliding control
Using of rearview mirrors
2 rule factor in driving (Right analysis, slowed drive)
Stopping distances and scenarios
Steering wheel control
The risks in dangerous driving

2nd Part Driving Safety and Vehicle Dynamics (Practical)
In the trainings with skidpad which creates different road holding conditions; the practice of braking, escaping from obstacle and the safety equipments like ABS, ESP are done.
For the training which will be done except Istanbul, the saloon and 30x100 meters asphalt grounded area will be allocated by you.
This part is done at the area that is closed for common traffic and every participant uses the vehicle for 1 hour.
TRAINING CONTENTS
FIRST START AND ACCELERATION AT SLIPPERY SURFACE The correct first depart principles at slippery grounds, BRAKING AT DRY AND SLIPPERY SURFACE The stopping distance changes at different speed and ground conditions, ESCAPE FROM OBSTACLE AND BRAKING The weight transfer, the technique of escaping from the obstacle with steering wheel move and stopping with right braking, FOLLOWING DISTANCE AND PANIC BRAKE The way of determining following distance and sudden brake practices, UNDERSTEERING AND OVERSTEERING AT CURVES The negative effects of weight transfer related to speed and the importance of speed at swinging, BRAKING AT SLIPPERY SURFACE (CURVES) It is shown with applications that the sudden brake which will be apply when entering a curve with high speed will change the vehicle’s weight transfer and sliding will start.
